2nd Line Support Analyst - Office 365 - SharePoint - Windows 10

I am currently working with a Gold Partner Microsoft Consultancy who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst. This is due to the expansion of their Managed Service department. This is a good opportunity to provide support for a diverse range of clients and testing your technical ability.

Essential skills for this 2nd Line Support Analyst Role are will:

  • Experience working in a Service Desk Environment
  • Proven Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (8,8.1, & 10)
  • A keen willingness to learn and develop your skills and technical knowledge.
